We’re a fast-growing travel tech company redefining combined round trips across the DACH, Dutch, and UK markets — with ambitions to scale worldwide. To further strengthen our product organization, we’re looking for a Senior Product Owner to drive our supplier integrations and help shape the future of travel distribution at journaway.

Your mission

Own Supplier Connectivity:
Lead the vision and roadmap for supplier integrations — connecting hotels, flights, rental cars, and activities to deliver scalability, reliability, and an outstanding customer experience.

Drive Distribution Excellence:
Ensure seamless supplier connections and data flow across multiple channels, optimizing availability, performance, and portfolio depth.

Collaborate Across Teams:
Work closely with our architects and engineering teams to optimize APIs and caching for speed, stability, and scalability.

Partner for Growth:
Collaborate with commercial teams to expand supplier relationships, negotiate priorities, and identify new opportunities.

Be the Expert:
Act as the go-to person for supplier distribution technologies — from GDS and NDC to bedbanks and channel managers.

Your profile

4–5 years of experience in product management, ideally in travel tech
Deep understanding of travel distribution APIs (e.g., GDS, NDC, bedbanks, channel managers)
Proven track record in API-driven product development and cache performance optimization
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for solving complex problems
International outlook and a genuine enthusiasm for travel
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
